PRIVACY

Your work belongs to you.

QuickMake is designed to keep working content on your device and collect as little information as practical.

Content you create

Document text, résumé details, poster text, QR content, and ScanFix images are processed in your browser. QuickMake does not send that working content to its server.

Passport Photo Maker can keep up to three unfinished projects in IndexedDB on your device for seven days. You can clear a project sooner from the tool. Other current tools clear their working content when you refresh or close the page.

Downloads are created from browser memory. QuickMake does not keep a server copy of the files you export.

Technical information

The web server and hosting provider may record standard request information such as IP address, time, requested path, browser details, response status, and security events. These records help operate, protect, and diagnose the service.

Application logs are designed not to include source files, filenames, editor fields, QR content, generated documents, authentication secrets, or raw cookies. Operational logs are normally retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate misuse or a technical incident.

Owner administration uses a secure session cookie. Public creation tools do not require an account.

Analytics and advertising review

QuickMake offers a choice before Google Analytics loads. If you accept, analytics may collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the website. QuickMake does not send your file contents or editor entries as analytics parameters.

If you decline, the analytics script is not requested. You can change your choice from the Privacy choices control in the footer.

QuickMake is currently being reviewed for Google AdSense. Public pages load Google’s AdSense verification code so Google can confirm site ownership and assess eligibility. No advertising positions are active while the review is pending. Google may receive standard request information when its verification code loads.

Contact and support

If you contact QuickMake, your message and contact details are used to respond, investigate the issue, and keep an appropriate support record. Do not send source documents, identity photographs, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive material unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

QuickMake does not sell personal information or send private tool content to Google for advertising.

Your choices and requests

You can use the public tools without identifying yourself. You can clear browser projects, decline analytics, and remove site data through your browser settings.

For a privacy question, access request, correction request, or complaint, use the contact page. QuickMake will verify a request where necessary and respond within a reasonable period.

Plain-language commitment

If information handling changes, this policy will be updated before the new practice begins where practical.
